Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1 1/2 tbsp
Baking Powder – 1/16pinch
Baking Soda – 1/2 pinch
Condensed Milk – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 +1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cream / Malai – ½ tbsp
Vinegar – 1 drop
Vanilla essence – 1 drop

Instead of Condensed Milk, you can increase sugar to 3 tbsp, and cream to 2 tbsp

Mug Cake Vanilla –

Flour / Maida – 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
Baking Powder – 1 /16 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2
pinch Condensed Milk – 1 tbsp

to make poha –

ingredients –

 1. poha ( flattened rice ) – 1 cup
2.  onion ( fine chopped ) – 1/2 cup
3.  coriander leaves ( fine chopped ) – 1/4 cup
4. peanuts – 1/4 cup
5. grean peas ( matar ) ( boiled ) – 1/4 cup
6.  salt – as per taste
7. turmeric – 1/2 tsp
8. red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
9. sugar – 1/4 tsp
10. lemon juice – 1 tbsp
11. musturd seeds – 1/4 tsp
12. curry leaves
13. mustard oil – 2 tsp

recipe to make poha –

1. first of all take poha in bowl and wash with water . then soaked for 5 minutes .
2. take another bowl and add soaked poha , onion , grean peas , coriander leaves , turmeric , salt , red chilli powder in it . mix all of them properly .
3. now add sugar .
4. take pan in medium flame and add musturd oil . when oil becomes medium heat add mustard seeds and curry leaves , saute well .
now add peanuts . saute well till peanuts becomes crispy and turn all peanuts into bowl of all dry ingredients .
5. mix well and add lemon juice, again mix properly.
6. healthy poha is ready . garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slice . serve it

Shrikhand is the traditional dessert of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Kesar shrikhand is instantly prepared by mixing sugar, saffron, green cardamom and dry fruits in strained curd.

Ingredients

Curd – 500 grams (2.5 cups)
Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
Milk – 2 tbsp
Green cardamom – 2
Almonds – 4
Pistachios – 6 to 7
Saffron strands – 8 to 10

Directions Getting ready:

1. Take milk in a glass along with saffron strands and keep them aside for 5 to 6 minutes. Thinly slice the almonds and pistachios. Crush the green cardamom seeds into fine powder using mortar pestle. Making:
2. Put the curd on a vessel covered with muslin cloth then lift the cloth from the sides and tie it with a knot. Now hang the cloth for 2 hours so that the excess water drains out.
3. Transfer the hung curd in a bowl and add powdered sugar, crushed green cardamom, saffron milk and half amount of almonds and pistachios to the curd and mix everything really well. Shrikhand is ready. Serving:
