welcome to all of you at our channel ” jhatpat jayeka ‘ . friends today we present a very tasty , easy & mouthwatering recipe ” paneer vegetable cutlet ” . a very unique and easy pa rty or tea time snack which is very effective to serve anyone . here is the recipe to make paneer vegetable cutlet.
1. grated paneer – 1 cup
2. boiled & mashed potato – 1/2 cup
3. fine chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
4. fine chopped onion – 1/4 cup
5. fine chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
6. fine chopped green chillies
7. fine chopped garlic – 2 or 3 cloves
8. bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
9. salt – as per taste
10. black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
11. roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
12. cheese cubes
13. tomato ketchup
process to make cutlet –
1. first of all take a bowl and add paneer , potato, capsicum , onion, coriander , green chillies , garlic , bread crumbs , salt , black pepper ,cumin powder .
2. mix well all of them . mix gently .
3. make generous tikki , normal size tikki .
4. make small hole between the tikki carefully .
5. fill tomato ketchup & small size cheese cube in the tikki .
6. cover the tikki slightly
7. make all cutlets like that
8. now cover all tikkis with bread crumbs .
9 . now shallow fry all the tikkis till all the tikkis becomes golden brown in colour . very tasty cutlets are ready .

welcome to our channel on ” jhatpat jayeka ” . so friends u know what we bring today for you ? its tutti frutti cake which loved by all age group . yes every ones favourite cake which is very easy to make at home with less time period . eggless tutti frutti cake is here only for you . so do you want to make it with us so lets go . how can we make eggless tuttti frutti cake –
1 . curd ( dahi ) – 1 cup
2. powdered sugar – 1 cup
3. baking soda – 1/2 tsp
4. baking powder – 1 tsp
5. tutti frutties
6. raisins ( kishmish )
7. vanilla essance – few drops
8. condensed milk – 2 tsp ( optional )
9. all purpose flour ( maida ) – 1 large bowl
process to make cake –
1. first of all take a bowl and add curd , powdered sugar , baking soda , baking powder , vanilla essance , and condensed milk . mix all the ingredients properly .
2. now sieve all purpose flour in bowl and mix properly in one direction.
3. now in a small bowl take tutti frutti and raisins and 1/2 tsp all purpose flour . now mix all of them.
4. put mix raisins and tutti frutti in batter of cake and mix properly .
5 . now our batter is ready . if your batter is little thick than add few spoon of milk and beat batter properly .
6. put all batter in a greased tin and bake for 45 min. at 180degree centigrate .
7.after 45 or 55 min. check your cake . your cake is ready properly .
so yummy and tasty tutti frutti cake is ready to serve .

welcome to our cooking channel ” jhatpat jayeka “. today you know we will make a very instant and tasty snack which is ” corn pakora “. lets know how to make this delicious recipe –
1. boiled corn – 1 cup
2. sliced onion – 1/2 cup
3. fresh chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
4. chopped green chillies – 2
5. ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
6. salt – as per taste
7. red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
8. cumin seeds ( jeera ) – 1/2 tsp
9. chaat masala – 1 tsp 10. gram flour ( besan ) – 5 tsp
11. rice flour ( chawal ka atta ) – 5 tsp
process to make pakoras –
1. first of all boil corn and strain. 2. now grind 1/2 bowl of boiled corn and make fine paste . remove this paste in a bowl and add sliced onion , chopped corinder , green chillies , ginger garlic paste , salt , red chilli powder , cumin seeds , chaat masala , gram flour and rice flour . 3. mix all the ingredients properly . 4. now take a deep pan and add oil to fry pakoras . 5. when oil becomes medium heat drop mixture paste into oil and fry pakoras till they turns their colour into golden brown . put outside all pakoras . now our tasty crispy pakoras are ready . enjoy this delicious pakoras with our loved ones with a cup of hot hot tea .

Welcome to our cooking channel “ Jhatpat Jayeka ”. today we bring a special recipe for you & this is “ dhaba style paneer masala” which is very delicious to eat & easy to make . this is basically our desi style paneer vegetable with spicy taste. Lets know how to make this –
1. Paneer cubes – 1 bowl 2. Turmeric ( haldi ) 3. Red chilli powder ( laal mirch ) 4. Garam masala 5. Salt ( namak ) 6. Desi ghee – 1 tsp 7. Oil – 2 tsp 8. Cumin seeds ( jeera ) – ½ tsp 9. Astofaeda ( heeng ) – ¼ tsp 10. Cardamom (Elaichi ) – 3 to 4 11. Cloves ( laung ) – 2 to 3 12. Cinnamon ( daalchini ) 13. Fine chopped onion – 1 bowl 14. Fine chopped garlic – 1 tsp 15. Crushed ginger – 1 tsp 16. Coriander powder ( dhaniya ) – 1 tsp 17. Mango powder ( khatai ) – 1 tsp 18. Crushed black pepper ( kaali mirch ) 19. Fenugreek leaves ( kasuri methi ) 20. Gram flour ( besan ) – 1tsp 21. Roasted cumin powder ( bhuna jeera ) – 1 tsp 22. Tomato puree – 1 bowl 23. Fresh coriander leaves 24. Water – ½ glass
process to make –
1. First of all we make marination – 2. To make marination we take a bowl & add paneer cubes ,turmeric , red chilli powder, garam masala , salt & few drop of water & mix all. 3. Now take a pan add desi ghee & just warm the marinated paneer & keep aside. 4. Now in pan take oil & add cumin seeds , astofaeda, cardamoms, cloves & cinnamons & sauté. 5. Now add chopped onion. Sauté well 6. Add chopped garlic & ginger & sauté well & add turmeric , red chilli powder , coriander powder , garam masala, mango powder , crushed black pepper , crush fenugreek leaves & salt according to your taste. Sauté well. 7. Add gram flour & sauté. 8. Add roasted cumin powder & tomato puree . sauté very well till gravy removes oil 9. Now add coriander leaves & mix 10. Now add ½ glass of water & cover with lid . just after 2 to 3 minutes remove lid and mix. 11. Our very tasty paneer masala is ready. Our very very tasty “dhaba style paneer masala” is Ready You can enjoy this with any type of bread like roti , tadoori, missi or naan.
